In the Company Audit, we provide a comprehensive view of the implementation readiness of the company’s strategy.

Wilma Assessment –
As part of recruitment projects or an internal organisation change, we assess the key person’s capability, motivation and action style in terms of the assignment and business objectives. The test methods we use in the assessments are internationally known and recognised, and all our consultants are certified to use the methods. As part of the personal assessment, we interview several managers and colleagues, who know the person well, and if necessary, we shall prepare a separate written summary for this. The written assessment report is clear and links to the person’s professional role and the reflected assignment’s requirements.
We understand the time challenges of candidates to be assessed, and people are able to fill in the required preliminary tasks at a time suitable for them. The candidates are also provided a copy of the assessment report.
Marketing and E-commerce manager
